The revised bill increases the appropriation from the earnings reserve account for supplemental 2016 permanent fund dividends from about $666 million to approximately $683 million. This change means eligible Alaskans could receive a slightly larger payment, which is significant for those relying on these dividends for their financial well-being. The bill still requires further legislative action to finalize the payment.
