Plain-language change summary

The revised bill now explicitly allows for joint prime sponsorship of bills and does not limit the number of joint sponsors, which is an important change from the previous version that capped it at four. Additionally, the bill has been renamed; it no longer identifies itself as the "Bipartisan Cooperation Act." These changes enhance collaboration among legislators, enabling more collective sponsorship of legislation, which may lead to greater bipartisan support and more comprehensive law-making.
