What changed in the latest version
3 added · 3 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of SB 33 now specifies that the Motor Vessel Tazlina and the Motor Vessel Hubbard are authorized names for state ferries built in Ketchikan and entering service after 2017. The change is minor in wording, refining the language to clarify the status of these names, but it confirms the official naming of the ferries. This is important as it helps establish a clear identity for the vessels within Alaska's marine highway system, which can enhance public recognition and pride in state investments.
