Section 214
(s) Limitation on R Visas for Leaders of Certain Religious Denominations.--An alien may not be admitted under section 101(a)(15)(R) if the alien has any of the following titles: "(1) Imam or grand imam. "(2) Shaykha. "(3) Mufti or grand mufti. "(4) Ayatollah or grand ayatollah."
