Pursuant to the effective date of P.L. , c. (C. )(pending before the Legislature as this bill), this section shall expire one year after enactment, except that the rebuttable presumption for pretrial detention established by this paragraph shall apply to any motion for pretrial detention filed pursuant to subsection a. of this section, regardless of when filed, for a crime committed during the one-year period that the paragraph is in effect; or (4) committed the carjacking pursuant to P.L.1993, c.221 (C.2C:15-2). Pursuant to the effective date of P.L. , c. (C. )(pending before the Legislature as this bill), this section shall expire one year after enactment, except that the rebuttable presumption for pretrial detention established by this paragraph shall apply to any motion for pretrial detention filed pursuant to subsection a. of this section, regardless of when filed, for a crime committed during the one-year period that the paragraph is in effect
