Plain-language change summary

The revised bill transforms the frequency of the report from annual to biennial, meaning it will now be issued every two years instead of once a year. Additionally, the focus has shifted from analyzing feasibility for low- and moderate-income housing to simply reporting on unutilized state-owned property and its potential for affordable housing. These changes could affect how often the state assesses and presents information regarding unused properties and their capacity to contribute to affordable housing initiatives.
