Plain-language change summary

The amendment revises the membership structure of the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority by reducing the number of members needed to constitute a quorum at meetings. Previously, a majority of the total authorized membership was required, but now a majority of the current membership, with a minimum of three members, will be sufficient. This change matters because it may facilitate decision-making and interactions among members by allowing meetings to proceed with a smaller number of participants.
