Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 2390 includes changes to the definitions section of the North Dakota Century Code, specifically clarifying terms related to regional planning councils. Notably, it adds definitions for "industry" and "minority group," which recognize the importance of agriculture and business and address disparities in employment and education.
