Plain-language change summary

The amendment changes how child care centers must notify parents or legal guardians about tuition rate changes. Instead of sending notices solely by certified mail or first-class mail, they can now use email or text messages, in addition to in-person delivery. This makes the communication method more flexible and may help ensure that notices are received more promptly. The requirement to post the notice online and display it within the center remains unchanged.
