Retain original provisions, except modify provision allowing for the assignment of certain rights; provide that underinsured motorist insurer credit is against total damages caused by or as a result of a motor vehicle accident; provide that underinsured motorist insurer credit provision shall not prohibit other credits or offsets in certain circumstances.
