The territory annexed is Page 2 SB333 INTRODUCED owned, occupied, and used by the City of Orange Beach for public municipal purposes only and contains no residents or municipal electors.
All territory annexed in the corporate limits of the City of Orange Beach under the provisions of Page 2 SB333 Enrolled this act shall be subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Orange Beach, and the City Council of the City of Orange Beach shall have and exercise the same and exclusive jurisdiction over the annexed territory that is presently exercised over territory within the corporate limits of the City of Orange Beach.
