now therefore.therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, BOTH HOUSES THEREOF CONCURRING, That there is created the Oversight Commission on Alabama Opioid Settlement Funds to develop a statewide plan for the investment and use of opioid settlement funds and review the expenditure of funds appropriated to agencies and entities to ensure expenditures achieve the best results for Alabama's opioid crisis.

(b) The Oversight Commission on Alabama Opioid Settlement Funds shallbeshall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban, rural.rural, and economic diversity of the state.

Notice of the meetings of the commission shall be provided in a manner consistent with the rules of the LegislatureLegislature. .
(f) Pursuant to Section 36-14-17.1, Code of Alabama 1975, the commission shall provide to the Secretary of State Page 3 HJR204 Enrolled a notice of ailall meetings, the name of each member's service on the commission, and a copy of its findings and other documents produced throughout the duration of the commissioncommission. .
(h) The commission shall continue in existence until all opioid settlement funds have been appropriated and expended, at which time the commission shall stand dissolveddissolved. .
