The revised version of Bill HB 488 includes specific details about the boundaries of the City of Foley, particularly concerning the Angie Baldwin Subdivision's Unit 2. In particular, it now explicitly identifies the lots being added to the city limits, which enhances clarity regarding the exact locations affected by the changes. This matters because it ensures transparency and allows residents and stakeholders to understand how the expansion may impact the community and local governance.
