Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Bill HB 334 includes added definitions for key terms, specifically defining "DEPARTMENT" as the State Department of Education and "EDUCATION SERVICE PROVIDER" as a licensed and accredited program that provides educational services for students. These changes clarify the roles and entities involved in the scholarship program. This matters because it helps ensure that parents and providers understand who is responsible for overseeing the education services and what qualifies as an acceptable provider, making the implementation of the program smoother and more effective.
