What changed in the latest version
91 added · 67 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of Bill HB 224 removes references to the distribution of net proceeds from the state beer tax, focusing only on the additional three percent of TVA in-lieu-of-taxes payments for Cullman County. Additionally, the bill now specifies that the fund can include any other lawful funding sources. These changes simplify the fund's funding sources and could potentially influence how the county allocates resources for local projects or initiatives.
