Plain-language change summary

The bill HB 160 has been updated to officially change the name of the "National Foundation" to its current name, "March of Dimes Inc.," in the Alabama tax code. This amendment clarifies the entity involved in tax exemptions, ensuring that it aligns with its recognized name today. This change is important because it keeps state laws accurate and consistent with modern organizations, which can help prevent confusion about which groups are eligible for tax breaks.
