Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of SB 340, several details were added and some sections were removed. Notably, the new details include a more comprehensive map showing various features of the park, such as designated trails, water channels, and areas where ATV riding is prohibited. This change matters because it provides clearer guidelines on park accessibility and usage, ensuring both safety and preservation of the environment. Additionally, removed items like the requirement for operators' contact information and insurance details suggest a streamlined process for the park's management.
