The revised version of Bill SB 113 formalizes the continuation of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board until October 1, 2028, based on recommendations from the Sunset Committee. This means the board, which oversees the regulation of alcoholic beverages in Alabama, will remain active and operational without any changes to its structure. This is important as it allows the board to continue its regulatory functions and helps to ensure stability in the management of alcohol control in the state.
