Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Bill HB 353 has removed references to the Sheffield and Tuscumbia City Boards of Education, focusing solely on the Colbert County and Muscle Shoals City Boards. This change simplifies the bill by specifying that only these two boards have the authority to insure school buildings and property. This matters because it clarifies who is included in the insurance authorization, streamlining the approval process for insuring school assets in Colbert County.
