Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Senate Bill 365 updates the requirements for displaying vehicle registration decals. Previously, only a single decal was mentioned, but the amendment now clarifies that if the Department of Transportation issues two decals for certain vehicle weight classes, they should be displayed on both the front and rear registration plates. This change matters because it ensures consistency in how vehicles display their registration, making it easier for law enforcement and officials to identify them. Overall, it enhances clarity and compliance for fleet vehicle owners.
