Plain-language change summary

The bill originally aimed to exempt all amusement rides at campgrounds from state regulation if installed properly. However, an amendment changed the focus from "amusement rides" to specifically "jumping pillows," redefining the item in question to refer to inflatable, anchored devices meant for campers. This change matters because it narrows the scope of the legislation, potentially reducing the number of rides that would be exempt from regulation and ensuring safety standards for these specific recreational items.
