Summary
Vietnam Veterans Donor Acknowledgment Act of 2013 - Extends, to November 17, 2018, the legislative authority of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Inc. (Fund) to establish a Vietnam Veterans Memorial visitors center.
