If any such agency does not publish such a list, then a charitable fundraising platform or platform charity is not required to comply with this paragraph for that applicable agency for the length of time that agency’s list is unavailable. (1) (A) (B) of donated donated funds that are not sent to a recipient charitable organization. donated (C) (D) (E) (2) A charitable fundraising platform or platform charity that performs, permits, or otherwise enables acts of solicitation described by subparagraph (A), (C), or (D) of paragraph (1) of subdivision (a), when soliciting platform users at the time of checkout to make a donation of no more than ten dollars ($10), or a higher amount if periodically adjusted for inflation pursuant to rules and regulations adopted under Section 12599.10, may provide the disclosures required by subparagraphs (B), (C), (D), and (E) of paragraph (1) of subdivision (e) through a conspicuous hyperlink, so long as the disclosures are conspicuous when the hyperlink is selected. Such solicitations shall only be permitted for recipient charitable organizations that have provided written consent pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (f). subparagraphs (B) and (C) of paragraph (1) subparagraph (B) of paragraph (1) (j) Subdivision (a) of Section 317, paragraph (6) of subdivision (a) of Section 321, and Section 322 of Title 11 of the California Code of Regulations do not apply to a charitable fundraising platform or platform charity that performs, permits, or otherwise enables acts of solicitation described by subparagraph (A), (C), or (D) of paragraph (1) of subdivision (a), when soliciting platform users at the time of checkout to make a donation of no more than ten dollars ($10), or a higher amount if periodically adjusted for inflation pursuant to rules and regulations adopted under Section 12599.10.amended
