    this act → (1) P.L.1977, c.110 (C.5:12-144) : (a) ; and (b) for each fiscal year following the enactment of P.L. , c. (pending before the Legislature as this bill), not less than one percent of all moneys deposited into the fund or $8,000,000, whichever amount is greater, shall be paid into the General Fund for appropriation by the Legislature to the Department of Human Services to provide funds to the New Jersey Association of Centers for Independent Living for allocation to the centers to support the provision of services to State residents with disabilities. In the event that the amount of money deposited into the fund is less than necessary to meet the requirements established pursuant to this subparagraph, the Legislature shall determine the amount of the appropriation described herein.
