Plain-language change summary

The amendment to Bill A5503 updates the guidance on shellfish aquaculture agritourism practices by removing a reference to the Aquaculture Advisory Council and the Office of Aquaculture Coordination. Additionally, it eliminates a focus on specific areas such as financing aquaculture and navigating federal regulations. This change may streamline the guidance process by involving only the Department of Environmental Protection and relevant state agencies, potentially resulting in more direct support for aquatic farmers and shellfish dealers.
