Pursuant to section 404 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat.

Official Code § 1-204.04), the Council orders the existing 15-foot-wide building restriction line along the southern side of Fern Street NW, on Lots 847, 973, 1016 to 1033, and 1062 to 1072 in Square 2950 reduced to 9.5 feet in width as shown on the Surveyor’s plat in the official file for S.O.
D.C.
