Plain-language change summary

The updated version of the Food Delivery Fees Transparency Emergency Declaration Resolution adds several important provisions aimed at protecting local restaurants. It now prohibits third-party meal delivery services from excluding any restaurant within a 4-mile radius from their customer base and limits how these services can adjust restaurants' delivery areas based on commission fees. Additionally, it requires clear disclosure of all related fees and charges to improve transparency, which is crucial for ensuring that restaurants are treated fairly and are aware of the costs associated with these services.
