RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the “District of Columbia Housing Authority Procurement Clarification Amendment Emergency Declaration Resolution of 2023”.
Official Code § 6-219), (“Act”) requires the District of Columbia Housing Authority (“DCHA”) to draft regulations governing procurements and submit those regulations to the Council for review.
(b) Section 20 alsoof the Act exempts DCHA from the requirements of the District of Columbia Procurement Practices Act of 1985, effective February 21, 1986 (D.C Law 6-85;
Official Code § 2-301.01 et seq.) (“PPA”), a law which has since been replacedsuperseded by the Procurement Practices Reform Act of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 ((D.C.
