The recent amendment to Bill B 25-0304 specifically clarifies that five cultivation center applicants who scored 150 points or higher in their medical cannabis facility applications submitted between November 29, 2021, and March 28, 2022, will be eligible to apply for a manufacturer license. Additionally, these applicants must submit their license applications by May 1, 2024.
