RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That the Council recognizes and thanks Chuck Bean for his years of dedication to moving our region forward in concert, especially in the areas of transportation, housing, and planning, and the Council declares February 1, 2023 as Chuck Bean Day in the District.
