Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of HB 325, a section outlining the purpose and definitions of the Rural Air Service Enhancement Act has been removed. This simplification is significant because it streamlines the bill, potentially making it easier for legislators and the public to understand the legislation's goals without extraneous details. However, it also means that the specific roles and definitions previously included are no longer explicitly stated in the text.
