Section 11. .
An employer that employs a person to provide interpreting or transliterating services to the employer'semployer’s employees may be licensed pursuant to this chapter.
Notwithstanding section 154E.3, a person employed by an employer licensed pursuant to this chapter to provide interpreting or transliterating services to the employeremployer’s 's employees is not required to be licensed pursuant to this chapter, but shall meet the requirements for licensure under section 154E.3.
The board shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A for the process of applying for, granting, suspending, reinstating, renewing, and revoking a license issued pursuant to this sectiosection. .
