(aa) It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in the business of destroying firearms, while destroying or aiding in the destruction of a firearm that has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce, to not destroy every component of the firearm.

This grants the Attorney General authority to suspend or revoke licenses for violations of the destruction regulation.
