The amendment modifies Section 2 of the bill concerning the conveyance of federal land to the State of Utah for inclusion in Antelope Island and Wasatch Mountain State Parks. It adds the provision for the Bureau of Land Management land to be transferred for Wasatch Mountain State Park, in addition to the previously specified Antelope Island. This change expands the amount of federal land being conveyed to include both parks, potentially allowing for greater state management of these areas.
