The amendment adds a definition for "commercial credit bureau," clarifying what entities are included under this term. Additionally, it expands the application of certain provisions to small businesses, stating that the Act applies to small businesses as it does to consumers. This change ensures that small businesses are protected under the same standards and regulations regarding debt collection practices.
