The amended version of the bill removes the short title and the definitions section that were present in the original version. This change simplifies the bill by eliminating those specific introductory elements. As a result, the focus shifts directly to the establishment of affiliated areas, which is central to the bill's purpose. This could streamline discussions and considerations around these provisions in legislative contexts.
