Plain-language change summary

The amendment adds a reference to "Building Our Largest Dementia Infrastructure for Alzheimer's Act" and specifies that grants, contracts, or cooperative agreements will be awarded to "eligible entities" including Indian tribes and tribal organizations. It also removes the segment mentioning "associations, or other appropriate entities for the establishment or support of regional centers." This change clarifies the specific types of entities that can receive support and emphasizes a coordinated approach among various agencies to address Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
