The amendment adds a reference to Public Law 115-350 and clarifies the legal definition of "Executive Order" as it pertains to an order executed by President R.B. Hayes on June 14, 1879. This change specifies the historical context of an executive action relevant to the Gila River Indian Community and outlines the area of land involved in the trust transfer. These additions help clarify the legislative intent and scope of the bill regarding boundary definitions and history.
