The amendments to the bill clarify that the land being transferred is specifically to the Secretary of Agriculture, rather than just the Secretary. Additionally, the amendments specify that the adjustments to land management will involve both the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior, rather than using general titles. This distinction helps to clarify the roles of the respective secretaries in managing the transferred land.
