The amendment to Bill S 3004 removes references to the short title and certain definitions related to the City of Price, Utah, and federal land involved. It also eliminates a section specifying that the conveyed land is for public purposes defined by the City. This change may influence how the land can be used after its conveyance, as the focus shifts away from these specific definitions and purposes.
