Plain-language change summary

The amendment to H. Res. 1298 specifies that the communications and documents required from the Department of the Treasury and the Small Business Administration relate only to the Paycheck Protection Program and the Secretary of the Treasury's obligation to testify before the Small Business Committee. This change removes references to the Secretary's broader role in administering the Paycheck Protection Program. The practical effect is a more focused scope of information being sought regarding specific aspects of the program rather than the entire role of the Secretary in its administration.
