Plain-language change summary

The amendment changed the timeline for a committee to be discharged from further consideration of the joint resolution from 2 calendar days to 5 legislative days. This means that committees now have more time to review the joint resolution before needing to move on. The change could impact how thoroughly committees can evaluate the resolution during that allocated time.
