Northern Border Security Enhancement and Review ActThis bill requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to regularly perform a threat analysis of the northern U.S. border.The analysis must be performed every two years and include terroristic and criminal threats, improvements needed to prevent terrorism and reduce criminal activity, and whether preclearance and advance inspection operations at northern ports of entry could prevent terrorists from entering in the United States.DHS must (1) update its northern border strategy after performing each threat analysis, and (2) provide a classified briefing to Congress. (c) Northern Border Strategy Updates.--Not later than 90 days after each submission of the threat analysis required under subsection (a), the Secretary of Homeland Security shall update the Department of Homeland Security's northern border strategy. If the Secretary determines no such update is required, the Secretary shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a notification relating thereto.
Establishes a requirement for the Secretary of Homeland Security to update the northern border strategy 90 days after each threat analysis submission.

(e) Classified Briefings.--Not later than 30 days after each submission of the threat analysis required under subsection (a), the Secretary of Homeland Security shall provide to the appropriate congressional committees a classified briefing regarding such analysis.
