The amendment specifies the definition of "Confirmation service" by correcting a citation from sections 508.7.2.1 to sections 507.3.0 and 503.8.1.1.a of the Domestic Mail Manual. This change ensures clarity in identifying the specific services referenced in the bill. It matters because it establishes a more accurate framework for understanding the services being discussed, which could affect how those services are applied or interpreted in practice.
