The amendment changes the year in Section 201(d) of title II of division P of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020, from "2025" to "2030." This adjustment extends the reauthorization of funding to monitor, assess, and research the Great Lakes Basin by an additional five years. As a result, the funding program will continue for a longer period, allowing for ongoing research and monitoring efforts in that region.
