Plain-language change summary

The changes to the bill involve adjustments to the definitions and the scope of the relevant legal terms. Specifically, the reference to "State law" has been removed from the definition of "sexual harassment dispute," which means that the bill only considers federal and tribal laws in this context. This alteration may affect how disputes are understood and enforced under the new guidelines laid out in the bill.
