Plain-language change summary

The text has been revised to remove specific sections outlining the short title of the bill and the details regarding the extension of construction time periods for hydropower projects. This change simplifies the bill by eliminating these provisions, which may affect how future projects are managed under the Federal Power Act. The practical effect is that the criteria for extending construction deadlines are no longer explicitly stated in the bill.
