Plain-language change summary

The amendment to HR 2113 changes the wording to specify the requirement for filing a return as "for such year" instead of "for each year." This shift clarifies the timeframe in which certain returns must be filed under the Social Security Act. Additionally, it updates the text to include the term "triggered SPIKE increase," which helps define the context in which certain data must be reported. These changes impact how entities will report their data in relation to specified increases in benefits or contributions.
