Plain-language change summary

The amendment removes the short title of the bill and details about the Secretary of the Interior's authority to acquire land and manage administrative costs related to that acquisition. The practical effect of this change is that it streamlines the text of the bill by omitting specific sections, which may affect how stakeholders interact with the bill's provisions regarding land acquisition for the Yucca House National Monument.
