Plain-language change summary

The amendment added definitions for key terms related to the Federal property around the Dickinson Reservoir in North Dakota, including "headquarters," "Management Agreement," "permitted cabin land," and "recreation land." These definitions clarify specific areas and agreements associated with the land. This matters because it provides a clearer understanding of the terms used in the context of conveying and managing these lands.
